Spaugh(1901-1903), Charles H. Wenhold(1904), Edgar A. Holton(1905-1908), Carlton E. White(1909-1910), and F.W. Grabs(1910-1911).
The Avalon Hotel was built to accommodate the executives of the Avalon Mill. The hotel had 11 rooms and was ran by J.J. Vaden for a while. Mrs. Belle Carter took over and ran the hotel until about 1912.
